A seasonal tradition event to join your yogi friends and celebrate the start of the new season. The evening begins with active vinyasa yoga if we are outside (no rain) or yin/rest yoga if we are inside. We continue with cocktails, appetizers and an activity that supports our springtime lifestyle.  Learn about Ayurvedic food suggestions for the season. Finally we celebrate with dinner, wine, dessert and friendship.  If severe weather cancels the event, it will take place the next evening: Saturday, March 22, 5:00-8:00. TWO WEEK CANCELLATION! No refunds after 3/7/25. No to-go food or "doggie bags. You should be able to practice active vinyasa yoga. Not recommended for absolute beginners.

Painting! Your canvas will be set up on an easle waiting for you to paint a pre-drawn image. We will use water soluable acrylic paint. Smocks provided but wear paint clothes anyway. Adult beverages included with dessert. We will paint something inspirational for spring. (actual image TBD! :)

Glass fusion! You will create a 6x6 plate with your choice of colorful stringers and clear squares you cut to form an optical image. This is suitable for beginners and equally enjoyable for those who have experience. Adult beverages and dessert.

Learn water yoga! Not intense but has benefits! Take home props and water proof (laminated) instructions for use at home or vacation. We will conclude poolside with cocktails and appetizers. You should be water safe and know how to swim. Swim at your own risk.

Spend the entire afternoon learning how to successful make your own sourdough bread. You will take home dough ready for completion along with sourdough starter and of course, instructions. There is downtime in the process of the dough making. In that time we will bead bracelets or necklaces and eat fresh baked sourdough bread and sip afternoon seasonal cocktails.
