A seasonal tradition event to join your yogi friends and celebrate the start of the new season. The evening begins with restorative yoga inside (rare chance we could be outside in mild weather). We continue with cocktails, appetizers and an activity that supports our winter lifestyle. Learn about Ayurvedic food suggestions for the season. Finally we celebrate with dinner, wine, dessert and friendship. If severe weather cancels the event, it will take place the next evening: Saturday, December 20, 5:00-8:00. TWO WEEK CANCELLATION! No refunds after 12/5/25. No to-go food or "doggie bags. You should be able to practice active vinyasa yoga. Totally appropriate for non-yogis as restorative is still and passive.
Each year we gather to create a unique "vision board" in the way of a journal, collage, poster etc.. This year the project is unique. Spend the entire afternoon learning how to successfully make your own sourdough bread. You will take home dough ready for completion along with sourdough starter and of course, instructions. There is downtime in the process of the dough making. In that time we will bead bracelets and eat fresh baked sourdough bread and sip afternoon seasonal cocktails. You will need to bring your own bowl. Additional optional equiptment will be outlined for you once you sign up.
