Yin yoga targets the health and expansion of joints, connective tissue and fascial networks. You will hold poses for 3 to 5 minutes. You do not need any yoga experience for this class but it is for healthy bodies. Yin yoga is not restorative yoga.

One hour of stillness, deep rest and guided meditation. You will be luxuriously propped and gently moved through 3-4 restorative poses designed to facilitate your rest and digest (parasympathetic) nervous system. Theme based with inspiring quotes, breath awareness, body scanning and sense awareness. This practice trains your body and mind to downshift out of stress and allow ease. Most classes include yoga nidra also known as rotation of consciousness. No experience needed. Appropriate for all people.
